San Diego-Navajo, CA
Last season, we held practices at Grossmont and Helix High Schools. We hope to use those facilities again this coming season. Also, we hope to again have teams in all divisions: 12s; 14s; 16s; and, 18s. Additionally, we plan to adda 14-and-under boys team with Starlings adding a boys division this season in San Diego. The practice sites and number of teams will remain unknown until registration and team formation is complete.
As things stand, we expect to have open work-outs on some weekend days in February 2012. We will also have an informational/registration meeting in mid-February. Dates, times and locations will not be known until late January or early February. Teams will be formed the first or second week of March.
Once dates for the upcoming season are known, they will be posted on the website and sent out by email to all on our contact list. The contact list includes all girls that played last season (with emails sent to the one provided last season), and those that have submitted an email to be placed on the list. Please send emails to ken@starlings.org, and include the player’s name, grade and school.
