Megan Kennedy
Executive Director
Megan Kennedy is the Executive Director of Starlings Volleyball, where she leads the organization’s national mission to remove financial barriers and expand access to high-quality volleyball opportunities for at-risk girls. A former NCAA Division I volleyball player at Brigham Young University, Megan brings a lifelong connection to the sport and a deep understanding of athlete development to her work. She previously served as Senior Associate Athletic Director at Utah Valley University, where she gained extensive experience in athletic administration, leadership, and strategic growth. Megan is passionate about creating sustainable pathways that combine athletic excellence, mentorship, and academic opportunity, empowering young women to succeed both on and off the court.
