Starlings Volleyball, USA takes great pride in the dedication and work that Club Directors do throughout the country. If you want to become part of our Starlings Club organization, there are a few things you should know:
Requirements & Pre-Requisites:
- Club programs are designed to meet our Mission and Vision
- Prospective Club Directors are dedicated individuals willing to lead an organization in their respective community and follow affiliate agreement.
- Prospective Club Directors should have the following experience:
- Solid Coaching Experience and/or Certification(s)
- Willingness to oversee a club organization and be responsible for; hiring/training coaches, budgeting, scheduling, and oversight on all aspects including player development, parent education and business development
- Ability to procure and manage practice sites and community partnerships
Steps (Process) in becoming a Starlings Club Director:
- Complete this initial Registration Form: https://www.starlings.org/startalocalclub
- Follow through on the Steps and Timeline in the Registration process which will automatically start once you complete the Registration Form
- Once your information is reviewed by our team; we will contact you to set up a Zoom interview. During this interview, be prepared to explain the answers in your registration form and follow up questions.
- The Starlings review team will make a decision regarding your qualifications and potential to move forward. At this time, you must complete all steps to becoming a Starlings Volleyball Club member in a timely manner.
- The process for becoming a Starlings Club will take 8-10 months to complete. We recommend you thoroughly review our website to see if it’s the right fit for you and your community.
