When to Contact a Club Director

  • More information on Club Season/Tryouts - please go to the Club page to find a club closest to your home.
  • File a complaint or discuss an issue with a Coach
  • To discuss a payment plan for club dues

When to Contact the National Staff:

  • Grievance against a Club Director (insert process/link)
  • Recommend a prospective Club Director to our Start a Club Info page (insert Start a Club link)

When reaching out, please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.

Note: the role of the National Starlings staff is to provide resources to Club Directors  throughout the country.  We do NOT set up club timelines, tryout procedures or hire coaches.  Each Club Director is responsible for their respective club organization.
