Goal 1: Improve the overall skill level of all coaches
Goal 2: Meet the coaches at their current level of expertise with coaching certification that will enhance their overall level of coaching and give each coach the needed resources to improve
Goal 3: Increase the coach credibility level of each club organization through a certification program and Starlings overall (TBA)

Every Starlings Director has a FREE JVA membership, which gives you access to practice plans, training videos, assessment tools, stat tools, etc
**It also includes independent contract samples for your coach contracts, parent and player guides as well as tryout templates
