Interested in coaching at a Starlings club?

If you like to coach, Starlings Volleyball, USA needs your help providing a positive volleyball club experience to girls ages 10-18 representing all socioeconomic backgrounds.

A list of current Starlings teams can be found under “Starlings Clubs”.

Find the team that is the best fit for you, and get in touch with the current Club Director to see how you can participate.

Positive Coaching Alliance Partnership

The purpose of the PCA and Starlings partnership is to create a platform for training coaches and directors to work with athletes and parents to provide a positive culture for everyone.

Policy/Procedures for Coaches and Directors:

  • All Directors and Coaches will participate in a PCA workshop once a year (in person, self-directed or via Zoom)
    • Registration will be sent out via League Apps platform
  • All Directors and Coaches will adhere to the mission and vision of both PCA and Starlings to create a culture that is positive for everyone.
  • All Directors and Coaches will utilize the tools and resources provided by PCA to enhance the positive environment of their club and work closely with Starlings Volleyball, USA to engage players, parents and fans in the process.
