Karen Neal is the Operations Director providing financial and operational support to Starlings Volleyball, USA. Karen had 25 years in the finance industry before transitioning to the non-profit world, along with a two year stint in the Peace Corps. Karen’s daughter played high school and club volleyball and she loves everything about the game.
