Leon Tsoi
Assistant Development Director
Leon Tsoi serves as the Assistant Development Director for Starlings Volleyball, where he is dedicated to expanding access to volleyball and empowering girls from underserved communities. In his role, Leon supports national fundraising initiatives and works closely with club directors, families, and community partners to build sustainable giving programs that help reduce financial barriers for young athletes. Leon brings a lifelong connection to the sport, having played volleyball since high school and competed at a high level in both club volleyball and 9-man volleyball.
What I love about Starlings Volleyball…….
Seeing so many girls gain the opportunity to compete at a higher level, without the financial burden often associated with traditional club volleyball is what inspires me the most. Starlings opens doors for players to grow in confidence, skill, and leadership, and I’m proud to be part of that mission.
